The Hart & Cooley 4RP18 is a premium double-wall, air-insulated round gas-vent pipe section designed for Type B venting applications. It features a 4-inch inner diameter and approximately 4.5-inch outer diameter, with a fixed 18-inch length.The inner wall is made of 0.012″-thick aluminum, while the outer wall is 0.018″-thick galvanized steel, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The pipe uses locking-band joints which provide a positive stop and secure engagement, helping prevent separation due to vibration. This product is suitable for negative-pressure gas-heating flue installations (Category I appliances) with flue-gas temperatures up to around 400 °F above ambient.  Minimum clearance to combustibles is approximately 1 inch when installed as specified.
