  • What does it mean to "Register" on the BR Supply website?
    • If you already have an account (COD or credit) with BR Supply at one of our 12 stores, then you can create a login by clicking Register on our website.  Make sure to have your Customer ID ready.  Once we manually link your online login to your account, then you can view your statements, invoices, and past orders.  When logged in, you can also view your custom pricing and place orders. 
    • If you create a login by clicking Register and don't have a BR Supply account set up (COD or credit), you can view stock quantities at every store location with your new login.
    • If you want to create a COD or credit account with BR Supply, please click Account Applications.

     

     

  • I am using Internet Explorer as my browser and am having issues on your site. Any ideas?

    Since Internet Explorer is a discontinued browser, only the latest versions are updated.  Due to security concerns, you can have issues completing the checkout process using certain versions of Internet Explorer.  We recommend that you use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge as your browser; however, feel free to contact us with detailed information on the specific error that you are having on our website using any browser.

  • Does BR Supply ship purchased products outside of the United States?

    No, currently we only ship our products within the 48 contiguous United States.  After an order is placed where the customer is requesting the products be shipped, we will then contact that customer with a shipping quote.

  • I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

    Click on “LOGIN” located on the upper right corner of the home page. This will bring you to the main login page. Located under the "LOG IN" button there is a link for "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD". Please enter the email address for your account and click on the "SUBMIT" button. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you receive the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

    No, there is no order minimum.

  • How do I create an account?

    Click on the Account Applications link at the bottom of the webpage.  Decide what type of account you would like to have at BR Supply.  A COD account allows you be setup with a pricing plan, and you will pay for each order as it is created.  A Credit account allows you to be setup with a pricing plan, and you will have the option to pay all the invoices created during a month by the 10th of the following month.

  • I don't see my question on the list?

    Click here to go to our Contact Us page.  Fill out the form and in the Message field type "FAQ" along with your question and we will email an answer to you.
