If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your web purchase, you must make your return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase,

 

    1. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number and item id that you wish to return. A representative will respond via email to let you know if that item can be returned for a refund, and provide you with a shipping address and information needed for the return.

 

  • Indicate the reason for returning the purchase.

 

  • Furnish your sales receipt in the returned package when exchanging or returning your purchase at the address we provide you,

 

  • Return your unused and new item(s) in its original carton or package within 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) and a copy of the original invoice to the address supplied to you. BR Supply is not responsible for item(s) that are lost in a return to us. We highly recommend that you ship the merchandise using a method that can provide us with a tracking number.

 

  • Once we receive the product(s) and verify that the item(s) are in unused condition, you will receive a refund with the amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

 

  • Your refund will be based on the method you used originally to pay for your order. Please read the next section to understand the time frame for your refund.

 

Return & Exchange Policy: Purchased at a BR Supply Store Location

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase,

  • Return or Exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

  • Furnish your sales receipt to the BR Supply’s store location when exchanging or returning your purchase.

 

  • Cut wire, cut pipe, installed items are not eligible for return.

 

  • Special order items are not eligible for return.

 

  • Return your purchase in its original carton or package and,

 

  • Indicate the reason for returning the purchase.

 

If the four (4) conditions listed are complied with, BR Supply will refund your purchase based on the original payment method, as follows:

 

    • Charge account – a credit memo will be issued on your account.

 

 

    • Paid by credit card – your credit card will be credited for the amount of the refund. It may take 10 to 14 business days or more. The time frame can vary based on your banks processing times.

 

 

    • Paid by Cash – BR Supply refund cash if funds are available at the location where the purchase is returned. In situations where the amount of the refund is greater than the cash on hand, a refund will be mailed to you within 10 working days from the date the purchase was returned.

 

 

    • Paid by check and BR Supply has collected the amount of your check – a refund will be mailed after 10 working days from the date the purchase was returned.

 

Additional Return Policy Information:

Merchandise must not be returned for credit without authorization. Returned goods found to have a manufacturer's defect, or goods returned due to an error made by our personnel or by the manufacturer, will be credited at the invoice price. No consequential damage claims will be honored. If the cause for the return lies with the customer or any source other than by BR Supply or BR Supply’s suppliers, we will attempt to minimize the customer's expense or loss, however, BR Supply will assess customer a minimum charge of 25% for re-handling the merchandise as well as any transportation or other charges that may have been involved in the sale. Goods authorized for return must be in like new, clean, saleable condition, and in its original carton or packaging.
